This document has been prepared to outline the methodologies and processes followed by InGovern in the development of our research reports as well as define the process of communication with clients and companies.

Conflict of Interest Policy

This document has been prepared to outline the methodologies and processes followed by InGovern to communicate the disclosures of any possible conflict of interest in its reports as well as educate its clients and investors of the safeguards in place to mitigate such conflicts of interests that may arise.

Investor Charter


The purpose of this document is to facilitate investor awareness and provide details of services provided to investors, their rights, dos and don’ts, responsibilities, investor grievance handling mechanism and estimated timelines thereof etc.

Whistleblower Policy

To encourage the team members, partners, associates and other parties to report unethical behaviours, malpractices, wrongful conduct, fraud, violation of the company’s policies & values, violation of law by any employee of InGovern without any fear of retaliation.

Code of Conduct

The purpose of this document is to ensure that the employees and or a person representing InGovern act lawfully, honestly, ethically, and their act is in the best interests of the company while they perform duties on behalf of the company. This will help provide a guide to business conduct thereby fostering a conducive, disciplined and organized work culture.
