Over 26 years of global capital markets experience. Founded InGovern in 2010 as India’s first proxy advisory firm.
Before starting InGovern in 2010, he was the Head of Wealth and Asset Management at Infosys Consulting, consulting to clients in the US, London, Amsterdam and Hong Kong.
Prior to joining Infosys Consulting, Shriram was involved in derivatives consulting, private equity placements, venture capital and equity research in Mumbai.
He has been widely quoted in various Indian and global media including CNBC, NDTV Profit, Bloomberg TV, Financial Times, The Economic Times, MINT, Business Standard, Business Today, Business Line, Financial Express, India Today, Outlook, Corporate Secretary, Global Proxy Watch, Briefing by Asian Corporate Governance Association, etc.
PGDM from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar (XIMB) and M.S. in Financial Engineering from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
He is passionate about travel, distance running and painting. He has held a couple of art exhibitions.

Usha has over 18 years of experience.
Usha manages people development and administration.
She has an MBA from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Sciences (JBIMS), Mumbai and has graduated in electronics engineering.
She worked as a consultant for Performance Consulting International (PCI), a leading human capital consulting firm in Bangalore. She also worked as a human resource manager for Gabriel, a leading automobile ancillary firm in Pune.
