Our proprietary framework “Governance Radar” is meant for monitoring corporate governance and for an objective assessment of vote recommendations. Governance Radar will cover over 1000 Indian companies. Governance Radar allows investment management firms to track potential corporate governance issues in companies they have invested.
The Annual Evaluation and Regular Review draws from international best practices, Indian laws, regulations and guidelines. Companies are evaluated against 400 corporate governance criteria. The criteria are grouped into various categories as below:
